Do I have a case if my school fail to carry out the IEP according to special ed?

The IEP is so vague principles and teachers get away with murder because of it. Also, there is something called ';solvreign?????? I can't remember-help.Do I have a case if my school fail to carry out the IEP according to special ed?
How can you say the school failed to carry out the IEP if it is so vague? Please go to http://www.wrightslaw.com and learn about how IEP's are supposed to be written. It should have clearly written goals with benchmarks. It should be spelled out the services and duration of services, and where they're carried out.

Write to the director of special education today, hand deliver the letter, and get a copy date stamped for yourself. Request an IEP (you can do this any time you like) within the next 30 days. Then go home and start writing a list of the actual goals you would like your child to achieve. Social emotional goals are just as important as educational goals. The wrightslaw site will help you learn how to be an effective advocate for your son. If, after the new IEP is written and they're not following it, you would have a case.Do I have a case if my school fail to carry out the IEP according to special ed?
Please go to this message board for help, the best on the internet --
